Location: Due to COVID-19, this is a hybrid work from home role that includes weekly shifts at our Central Office in Meadowlark Health & Shopping Centre and occasional in-person meetings with our member-clinics (with precautions in place).

The Manager of Clinical Services plays a critical leadership role in supporting, coaching and mentoring an interdisciplinary team of healthcare workers (including Nurses, Dietitians, Behavioural Health Consultants, Social Workers, Exercise Specialists and more) to infuse them with the knowledge, support and enthusiasm required to provide excellent primary care to our patients.

In close partnership with the Clinical Excellence team, the Manager of Clinical Services supports family physicians in the development of the Patient Medical Home (PMH), a team-based health care delivery model led by a health care provider to provide comprehensive and continuous medical care to patients with a goal to obtain maximal health outcomes.

This role partners with multiple stakeholders to support family physicians to better coordinate programs for their patients by developing and managing both the centralized and decentralized interdisciplinary team providing team-based care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Health Sciences (including Nursing) is preferred
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Health Administration (MHA), Master of Arts in Leadership with Health Specialization or equivalent experience is a strong asset
• Minimum of three years of leadership/management experience is required
• Minimum of five years of experience in a clinical, patient facing role is preferred. Experience within the primary care landscape is an asset.
• Demonstrated on-going professional development in the following areas will be considered advantageous: Project Management, Change Management (i.e. Prosci), LEADS in a Caring Environment, Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
